1. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement. Payment terms, fees, and delivery details are agreed individually prior to each booking.

A 50% fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours of the session.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Usage rights are granted exclusively as agreed in writing. Any further use requires prior consent.

Every effort is made to deliver work of the highest quality. Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability is assumed for circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
